3-5 years' experience in the home remodeling or new home construction industry is preferred.WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?
As a Lead Carpenter with DreamMaker, your workdays will be both fulfilling and diverse. You'll manage your own remodeling projects, leading the team through minor framing, trim detail, finish work, drywall, painting, and tile installations. Additionally, your craftsmanship will shine as you handle flooring installations, including tile and LVP. You'll report project goals on our Builder's Electronic platform, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. Your dedication to excellence will shine through as you take personal responsibility for the outcome of the finished product.
