Position	Lead Carpenter
Salary	25-30 per hour with room for advancement based on your skills and experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities	ARE YOU THE LEAD CARPENTER OUR TEAM NEEDS? 5+ years of experience in remodeling carpentry, multi-crafted, painting, framing, trim, drywall, and flooring, including tile and LVP Able to work independently Organized, punctual, and able to manage a team Comfortable handling electrical and plumbing Teachable, positive attitude, and integrity Ability to present yourself professionally A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record APPLY HERE!
Education and Experience	3-5 years' experience in the home remodeling or new home construction industry is preferred. WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE? As a Lead Carpenter with DreamMaker, your workdays will be both fulfilling and diverse. You'll manage your own remodeling projects, leading the team through minor framing, trim detail, finish work, drywall, painting, and tile installations. Additionally, your craftsmanship will shine as you handle flooring installations, including tile and LVP.
