The Story Behind Our Work
Our story began in June 1990, built on years of hands-on remodeling experience and a simple belief: if a homeowner shared their idea, we could bring it to life. What started as a small, full-service construction company serving communities on both sides of the Savannah River quickly grew into a trusted name for kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and residential renovations throughout Aiken and the surrounding area.
For decades, we focused on serving homeowners with craftsmanship, versatility, and integrity, taking pride in every project, big or small. When changes in the industry shifted our direction, we embraced the opportunity to strengthen our long-term vision. In 2008, we joined the DreamMaker franchise, pairing our local reputation with a nationally supported system designed to enhance the remodeling experience.

“Almost two years ago, we had our bathroom completely remodeled by DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen, Aiken, SC. We had the best experience with their team from start to finish. They were a delight to work with and we have enjoyed the final product so much. Recently, a small adjustment needed to be made with the sliding glass doors to the walk-in shower which resulted in the company sending a whole new unit. JD Norris and his team spent the better part of two days with the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new set of doors. We were again very pleased with their responsiveness, efficiency, cleanliness and wonderful attention to detail. Meet with a DreamMaker designer in our Design Center to share your vision and inspiration. Next, we’ll schedule your home survey and design review.
We’ll visit your home to measure, photograph, and review any structural or system needs, ensuring your plan and estimate are precise. Then, we’ll schedule your design review.
We’ll go over your custom designs and finalize a plan that reflects your vision. Along with the designs, you’ll get detailed proposals so you can see the costs and make informed choices.
The contract lays out your project scope, start date, timeline, and all necessary documents, so everyone is on the same page. We’re committed to delivering exactly what we promise.
Once your plans and agreements are set, your Project Manager will meet with you to go over the project scope, timeline, and construction process—making sure all details are clear before work begins.
Your Project Manager oversees the remodel, keeping everything on track and answering any questions along the way.
