What is Worry Free Remodeling? It is a simple systematic approach to professional remodeling; whereas the contractor removes the most common fears that exist in the hearts and minds of the client. How do we know what the client’s fears are? Several ways, first asking our clients and then listening to the concerns past clients have shared what is most important to them. Second, putting ourselves in their shoes and asking, how would we want to be treated if the roles were reversed? Then we put these fears and concerns into systematic solutions to eliminate the root cause. 

The most common fears and concerns are things like home security, dust control, consistency in work flow and conscientious communication to name a few. Realizing these are legitimate concerns for the client, it is our priority to make them our concerns and implement methods in our company culture to remove these concerns from the minds of our clients and make them at ease with their decision to do business with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen.
