How do we know what the client’s fears are? Several ways, first asking our clients and then listening to the concerns past clients have shared what is most important to them. Second, putting ourselves in their shoes and asking, how would we want to be treated if the roles were reversed? Then we put these fears and concerns into systematic solutions to eliminate the root cause.
The most common fears and concerns are things like home security, dust control, consistency in work flow and conscientious communication to name a few.
