Doug Dwyer President and CSO

Doug Dwyer is president and chief stewarding officer of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. Since 1997, he has guided the franchise to serve as the leader in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry with approximately 80 independently owned and operated franchises nationwide. Throughout his franchising career, Dwyer has worked to keep the company centered on its service to people, both franchisees and customers.

Amy Brown Vice President of Franchise Support and Administration

Amy Brown serves as vice president of franchise support and administration for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen.  Brown has been with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen since 2001 and has overseen national advertising, marketing and communications efforts with a growing staff of associates to support the franchise network.

Russ Ferry Director of Franchise Coaching

Russ Ferry serves as director of franchise coaching.  In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the franchise coaching team, which includes franchise support and training, the management of franchisee/franchisor relationships, and special projects.

Jimmy Bartlett serves as the special projects director for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. In his role, Bartlett utilizes his passion for innovation and strategic work.  He is responsible for implementing technical, financial and managerial solutions that support and improve the effectiveness of the franchise network.
